Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Thank you for choosing Best Cleaning Ladies, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking or receiving our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, and we will confirm your appointment by phone or text message.

Quality Concerns

If you have a concern about any area we cleaned, please text (904) 414-0469 with photos of the areas and your service address within these time limits:

  • Regular cleanings: within 24 hours after your cleaning is completed
  • Move-in and move-out cleanings: within 48 hours after your cleaning is completed

We will review your photos and, at our discretion, may return to re-clean the affected areas within the original scope of your service, subject to availability. Each service is eligible for one review.

We do not offer refunds. Requests made after these time limits, or without photos, are not eligible. No exceptions.

Payment

To pay for your service, please text (904) 414-0469 with the address of your cleaning, and we will reply with payment instructions.

Safe Working Conditions and Air Conditioning

The health and safety of our team is a priority. Cleaning is physical work, and high indoor temperatures can cause heat-related illness.

  • The property must have working air conditioning during the cleaning, with an indoor temperature of no more than 74°F.
  • If our team arrives and the air conditioning is not working, or the home is too hot to work safely, we may pause or end the visit.
  • Because our team has already traveled to your home and reserved this time for you, the visit is non-refundable in this case. We will gladly work with you to reschedule once the home is safe to clean.

Infestation

We do not clean homes with signs of active or past infestation. This includes, but is not limited to, bed bugs, cockroaches, scorpions, black widow spiders, rats, or mice. If our team finds signs of infestation, we reserve the right to leave without completing the cleaning, and the visit is non-refundable. Please let us know about any pest issues before booking.

Pets

We love animals and are happy to clean homes with pets. However, we do not clean animal waste or what is considered "kennel cleaning," including bird droppings, inside of cages or crates, urine, feces, blood, or other bodily fluids.

Safety During Your Cleaning

Families, children, and pets are welcome to stay home while we clean. For everyone's safety, please keep children, pets, and other adults away from wet floors and cleaning products while we work. We are not responsible for slips, falls, or other accidents that happen when someone enters an area that is being cleaned.

What We Do Not Clean

Unless agreed in writing before your service, we do not:

  • Wash patios (light sweeping is available on request)
  • Clean sheds or tool rooms
  • Provide carpet cleaning or grout cleaning
  • Wash walls

We Are Not a Restoration Company

We clean, disinfect, and refresh your space. We are not a restoration company, so we cannot be responsible for the condition of aging or worn items, such as faded light fixtures or blinds, stained bathroom surfaces, or materials that are damaged, worn out, or no longer cleanable.

Photos

For the protection of both you and our team, we photograph the areas we clean before and after every service. These photos document the condition of your property and the work we completed, and they help us resolve any questions quickly and fairly.

  • Photos are taken only of the areas we clean. We do not photograph people, personal documents, or valuables, and we do not record audio.
  • Photos are kept private, shared with you on request, and used only to document our work and for quality control.
  • With your permission, we may also use photos of cleaned spaces in our marketing. We will never include people, your address, location details, or your name.

By booking our services, you agree that we may take these documentation photos.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
