Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or booking form, call, text, or email us, we may collect:

  • Your service address
  • Details about your home or business (for example, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, pets, and access instructions)
  • Your preferred services and any messages or notes you send us

Payment. To pay for your service, please text (904) 414-0469 with the address of your cleaning, and we will reply with payment instructions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies.

Photos of our work. For the protection of both you and our team, we photograph the areas we clean before and after every service to document the condition of the property and the work we completed. We do not photograph people, personal documents, or valuables, and we do not record audio. These photos are kept private, shared with you on request, and used for documentation and quality control. We will not post photos of your home publicly without your permission.

How We Use Your Information

  • Service providers that support our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), our scheduling and booking software (ZenMaid), our payment processor, website translation tools, and analytics and advertising tools (such as Google). These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, our team, or our business
